No. There are several possible reasons why you were not able to find your card.

The most common reason: Some browsers or Internet Service Providers don't support basic functions that are required to pick up Digital Postcards. Outdated versions of AOL and WebTV browsers are known to cause this problem once in a while.

But don't worry... here's how you get your postcard anyway: Simply send mail to our email robot missing@all-yours.net. It will immediately mail you detailed instructions.

When I return to a form some or all of my input is lost or has changed. Why?

You are using a browser like Internet Explorer 2.x or 3.x. These browsers do not save inputs when you click the browser's BACK button to return to a form. We implemented a work-around on some pages. Please don't use the browser's BACK button if there is a BACK button on the actual postcard form. The postcard program will then try to save as many inputs as possible. However, this can't be done on all forms and some of the standard selections (like music and backgrounds) may change when you click this button.

Netscape and Internet Explorer 4.0 save inputs so you really should upgrade to one of these.

Does this system work with AOL or WebTV?

We often receive emails from AOL and WebTV users who tell us that they can't send or retrieve Digital Postcards. Please be sure that you have the latest version of AOL and WebTV. The new browsers support most features of our program.

I can't hear the postcard music. Does your site require special software?

First of all, you need special hardware (a sound card and speakers) and driver software to play music with a computer. To hear music on the World Wide Web you often need a browser "plug-in". Latest versions of Netscape have music plug-ins on board and there should be no problem to play the postcard music. Internet Explorer users should either upgrade to version 4.0 or install a MIDI plug-in so that MIDI music files play correctly. Crescendo is a popular MIDI plug-in. It can be downloaded for free.

I wanted to correct my postcard but my favorite music was gone.

Don't worry, the music changed but the program will remember your choice anyway. Just don't touch the music selection after you returned to this form.

I wanted to submit a form but there was no submit button.

If Netscape (maybe other browsers, too) runs into memory problems, it simply doesn't display the submit buttons. You need to make more memory available (close other windows/programs) and reload the page.

Sometimes your program is way too slow. Can't you make it faster?

You are suffering from the Word Wide Wait (slow Net traffic). The execution time of all our program steps is less than one fourth of a second.

Your music choices are quite boring. I'd like to have ...

Unlike other postcard services on the Web we take copyrights very seriously. That's why we offer only original music with composer's permission. We can't offer popular songs on our Web site. You can use a search engine to locate your favorite song. To send it with your card simply enter its Web address (URL) into the "custom music" input field (Step 2 of the postcard creation process).

You should add more pictures of ...

Our Picture Gallery features more than 350 photos and clip arts. We constantly add new pictures. You can use a search engine to locate your favorite image. To send it with your card simply enter its Web address (URL) into the "any image on the Web" input field (Step 1 of the postcard creation process).
